OddSmith ("we", "us", or "our") operates the OddSmith mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.

Data You Provide

• Account credentials: Email and password when you create an account.
• Bet tracker data: Bets you manually enter (matchup, selection, odds, stake, result, notes). This is stored locally on your device.

Automatically Collected Data

• API authentication token: Used to authenticate requests to our backend API.
• App usage data: We may collect anonymous analytics about feature usage to improve the App.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect location data.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or files.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide odds, picks, news, and player props
• To authenticate your account and sync preferences
• To display your bet tracker history (stored locally)
• To improve our services and fix bugs

Data Storage

Bet tracker data is stored locally on your device using Android DataStore. Account credentials are stored securely on our backend servers. We do not store payment information — all in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.

Third-Party Services

• Google Play Billing: Processes in-app purchases. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Sports data providers: We retrieve odds, picks, and props from our backend API which aggregates data from third-party sportsbooks and data providers.

Data Retention

You may delete your account and associated data at any time. Local bet tracker data can be cleared from within the App settings.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
